Lets face it, headers and exhaust systems aren't always available for every type of vehicle and every engine combination. Even if they are the fit may not be so hot, so what are the options? Build 'em the way you want 'em!

Thicker flanges: This means less trouble with blown header and collector gaskets and almost anyone who's had a set of mass produced headers can relate to this!
Equalized primary tube lengths: While not always possible on full bodied cars, every attempt is made at achieving this critical goal for max power output.
Larger diameter: Means less backpressure for better performance in horsepower and fuel economy. Headers can range from 1 5/8" to 2 1/2" Dia. and exhaust systems up to 4".
No kinks in tubing: Once again, less backpressure and improved flow with no bottlenecks in the system.
Prices: Custom header prices start at $1200.00 and exhausts at $600.00 which vary with the diameter of tubing and the type of flanges used as well as tube lengths and stainless or mild steel material.

Making custom headers requires that we have the vehicle to properly fit all tubing.: Unfortunately it is impossible to make custom systems for vehicles we cannot see.
